Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of trueHuman, including our websites, applications, AI creation tools, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use trueHuman.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity performed through your account.

You may not use trueHuman to violate law or another person’s rights; create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual content; impersonate others in a harmful or misleading way; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; bypass safety or usage limits; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; scrape the service; or resell access without our written permission.

You must have all rights and permissions needed for content you upload, including images of identifiable people. We may remove content or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant trueHuman a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use output generated for you, including commercially. AI output may not be unique, accurate, or free from third-party rights, and other users may receive similar output. You are responsible for reviewing output and determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions, credit packages, or other plans. Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration or plan-specific limits disclosed at purchase.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or plan features with reasonable notice, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

trueHuman relies on third-party services, including authentication, payment, infrastructure, analytics, and AI processing providers. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable usage limits, or perform maintenance. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the service. You may stop using trueHuman at any time.

The service and all generated output are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, trueHuman disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, trueHuman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required. Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@truehuman.dev.
